Q

Horse’s Neck

A

Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubes
Method: Build

Ingredients and quantities in mL:
Angostura bitters 2 dashes
Bourbon 40
Ginger ale fill

Garnish:
Lemon spiral

Tricks to remember:
The horse makes me think at cowboys, so bourbon makes more sense rather than other spirits. The name refers to the lemon spiral which looks like a horse’s neck.
