What are the symptoms for herpes zoster?
A
• Chicken pox
– itchy, spotty rash - may blister
• Shingles
– painful rash
– tingling/burning sensation
– headache
– feeling unwell - fever, lethargy

What is the treatment for herpes zoster?
A
- Chicken pox - supportive treatments, cooling creams, fluids + rest
- Shingles - acyclovir, valacyclovir, famiciclovir
