- FBC - decreased WCC (leukocytosis), Hb
- Stool/urine sample
- Biochemical tests - increased CRP

What are the symptoms of enteric fever?
A
- Fever
- Headache
- Abdominal discomfort
- Dry cough
- Faint rash - rose spots

What is the treatment for enteric fever?
A
- Ciprorloxacin
* IV ceftriaxone

• Intestinal haemorrhage + perforation
