What is heritage?
Anything you inherit or get from the past.
Currently SA is made up of 9 provinces. It wasn’t always like this. Early years there were only 4 provinces. List them
Cape, Transvaal, Orange Free State and Natal

They remained the same, just their names changed to Free State and KwaZulu Natal.
Each of the 9 provinces has their own capital. Write the name of the province and list it’s capital.

What is the purpose of a capital of a province?
The provincial government of that province is situated in the capital.
All of us have inherited things from our family and our ancestors and that forms part of our heritage. List some things that we look at as part of our heritage.
Language we speak Food we eat arts and culture stories about our family family and community history historical and sacred sites names of places, rivers, mountains and landmarks photographs and artifacts like furniture, etc.
