actions:

huang qin, huang lian, huang bai

A

huang qin - best for draining lung fire and also quiets the fetus

huang lian is best for draining heart and stomach fire stopping nausea and focal distention in the MJ

Huang bai - primarily drains kidney fire and also excels at reducing lower burner damp heat.
