General decoction directions:
Soak herbs for 30 minutes in a pot of 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 30-60 minutes until 1 cup remains. Strain 1 cup of liquid from the herbs to drink. Dosage is one cup per day.
