What is the typical presentation of HCC?
A
Often asymptomatic and picked up on screening
Can present with: RUQ pain, jaundice, ascites, leg oedema, early satiety, weight loss and (if decompensated liver disease) Variceal bleeding

Resection Transplant Chemotherapy Percutaneous ablation therapy Biologics - sorafenib / levanting first line for advanced stage HCC
