A

Eradication of h.pylori with triple therapy:

PPI
Clarithromycin
Amoxicillin / metronidazole

A

Uncommon form of gastritis caused by infection (s.aureus, step, e.coli, enterobacter).
It requires ICU admission, supportive care and broad-spectrum antibiotics
