A

🔸the right posture ➡️on the side of bleeding 🩸
🔸good oxygenation flow (high flow oxygen)
🔸give vasopressin or antifibrinolytic to control the bleeding
🔸bronchial arteriography for the acute case
🔸all patients should have conservative treatment
