The Cenobite Power
A
- Power: Summons of Pain
- Press the power button to create a gateway
- Release the button to open the gateway. Then, tap the ability button to summon a chain
- Direct the chains to a survivor to bind them
- The Lament Configuration (box) will initiate a chain hunt if left alone.
- A survivor carrying the box is oblivious (can’t hear heartbeats). Solving the box ends the chain hunt.
- PH can see the aura while box is being solved and teleport to it.
- If PH picks up the box, a chain hunt begins.
- Box spawns in a new location after a surv or PH uses it

- The Cenobite Perk
- If a generator is repaired, the gen with the most progress gets blocked
- That generator gets a white aura

Hex: Plaything
A
- The Cenobite Perk
- Hook a survivor for the first time
- Hex: Plaything activates on a random dull totem and makes them Cursed (oblivious effect, can’t hear heartbeats)
- The survivor must cleanse that totem. Aura is revealed when the survivor is close.

Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain
A
- The Cenobite Perk
- Begin with 4 scourge hooks
- When unhooked, that survivor suffers from mangled (slowed healing speed) and hemorrhage (increased bleeding) until healed
- Once healed, they suffer a speed penalty to healing, repairing, and opening actions until injured again
