1st Line
Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (IUS eg Mirena)
2nd Line
Tranexamic Acid, Mefenamic Acid, NSAIDs, COCP
3rd Line
Norethisterone (15 mg) daily from days 5 to 26 of the menstrual cycle, or injected long-acting progestogens
