On average a healthy person’s resting heart rate should be between 60 and 80 BPM.
During physical activity how long do you want to be in your target heart rate?
During physical activity you want to be in your target heart rate for a minimum of 10 to 20 minutes.
Why should you not exceed you MHR during exercise?
You should not exceed your MHR during exercise because it puts a lot of stress on your heart which is dangerous for your health.
What does the heart rate strap tell us?
The heart rate straps tell how much time students spend in their THR and calories burned after a workout.

What is the risk of having a resting heart rate over 80?
People with resting heart rates over 80 have a greater risk of heart attacks
