A

-	Ace / ARB + Beta blocker 
Second line 
-	Aldosterone antagonist - Spironolactone 
Third line 
-	Speak to heart failure consultant and consider these drugs

A

Rate limiting CCB and short acting dihydropyridines, because they reduce the ejection fraction. The exception is amlodipine.
