What is a Sedentary lifestyle?
- a lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity and an excessive amount of daily sitting.
What do carbohydrates and what do they do?
- main source of energy for working muscles
- immediate energy source
What are proteins and what do they do?
needed for growth and repair of body tissues - which help build muscle
Speed?
- the ability to put body parts into motion quickly
reaction time?
-the time taken to respond to a stimulus

-the ability to change the position of the body quickly and control the movement

The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

The range of motion at a joint
Muscular endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without tiring
C.V.E?
The ability of the heart, lungs and blood to transport oxygen
Body Composition?
The percentage of body weight which is fat, muscle and bone
Continuos training?
Long work periods without rest
