Breast cancer screening guidelines
Baseline mammo @ 50yrs, every 2 years until 74yrs (earlier if known history or concern)
Cervical Cancer Screening guidelines
Pap begins at 21 yrs/ screen every 3 yrs until 65yrs
DO NOT SCREEN UNDER 21 yrs even when sexually active
Lung Cancer Screening Guidelines
Aged 55-80 with 30 pack year history of smoking or quit smoking up to 15 years previously

Baseline @ 50 yrs
*Use high-sensitivity fecal occult blood test (yearly)

ages 10-24 yrs
Educate fair-skinned person to avoid sunlight 10am-3pm) use sunblock >15 spf
Tobacco Smoking screening guidelines
Ask all adolescents and adults about tobacco use, advise them to stop, provide behavioral interventions/ smoking cessation
Fall prevention in community-dwelling older adults
Aged 65 +, exercise and vitamin D dose (600-800)
Ask about falls, balance or gait problems
Ovarian Cancer screening guidelines
Routing screening is not recommended
High-risk (BRCA mutation, fam hx of breast or ovarian) screened by specialist; refer for genetic counseling
