Breast cancer screening guidelines
Baseline mammo @ 50yrs, every 2 years until 74yrs (earlier if known history or concern)
Cervical Cancer Screening guidelines
Pap begins at 21 yrs/ screen every 3 yrs until 65yrs
DO NOT SCREEN UNDER 21 yrs even when sexually active
Lung Cancer Screening Guidelines
Aged 55-80 with 30 pack year history of smoking or quit smoking up to 15 years previously
ANNUAL SCREENING LDCT (for the above criteria)
Hysterectomy (no cervix) Screening Guidelines
Do not screen

Baseline @ 50 yrs
*Use high-sensitivity fecal occult blood test (yearly)
OR sigmoidoscopy every 5 years
OR colonscopy (every 10 years) from age 50-75
