That employers have a “duty of care” to ensure so far as reasonably practical, the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees

- Report injuries and dangerous occurrences
- Must review, report and record risk assessments
- Detailed Health and Safety information must be kept on site

Specialist PPE would include Beard and Hair Nets when inspecting a Food and Beverage manufacturer.

Where does the Fire Safety Act 2021 apply?
To all Residential property in England and Wales
What does the Fire Safety Act 2021 require?
Requires for a “responsible person” to assess, manage and reduce fire risks.
Requires regular lift inspections which are reported to fire & rescue services.
What does the Fire Safety Act 2021 provide / ensure to residents?
Ensures residents are provided with fire safety instructions and standards e.g. Fire doors on flats.
