health refers to an individuals state of mental, social, and physical wellbeing.
define wellness
wellness is an individuals quality of life. it is multidimensional and encompasses many variables such as; spirituality, enviornment, mentality, etc.

the health canada key determinants of health are twelve determinants showing the areas where people are able to acquire support.
what is the purpose of canadas key determaints of health?
the purpose is to make desicions, create plans, and establish goals to achieve an ideal health situation in society.

income is a significant key determinant of health. people with incrementally greater incomes may live longer because they have more money to spend on services and items that promote good health, such as education, wholesome food, and housing in a good place.

the idea of education and literacy states that being well-educated typically
translates to having a better career, earning more money, having a deeper
awareness of the health consequences of one’s actions, and having the capacity to better navigate the healthcare system. all of these factors contribute to improved health.

low-wage workers, even those who are working full-time and in tenuous
positions, may not make enough money to cover their basic expenses. when
a person works or runs a business, they earn money that they may use to pay
for necessities of life. extreme workplace circumstances are associated with
higher levels of stress. lack of sleep is linked to heart disease, high blood
pressure, and excessive blood sugar.

the exterior surroundings and conditions in which we live, as well as how they affect a person’s health, are referred to as the physical environment. the natural elements of air, trees, natural vegetation, lakes, and the ocean are all included in the physical environment.

personal health practices and protective factors are ways that people may take care of themselves, overcome obstacles, become more independent, solve issues, and make decisions that improve their health.

a child’s early life experiences is what sets them up for excellent or bad adult health. some of the most significant determinants of early child development include factors like appropriate maternal nutrition, maternal mental and physical health, parental stress and depression, parenting styles, unemployment, little or no income, housing circumstances, and neighbourhood quality.

biological and genetic endowmnment are the genetics in which provide a predesposition to health, diseases, and other health issues.
