healthy eating encourages the proper enticement of food in which will properly supplement your body with the nutrients and minerals it requires to be physically healthy.

quality of life–common abbreviation; qol–is used to evaluate the general well-being of individuals and societies.

physical wellness is the act of involving aspects of life that are necessary to keep yourself in top condition. optimal physical wellness is developed through the combination of beneficial physical exercise and healthy eating habits.
