It provides a set of best practice principles on the management of health and safety for both RICS firms and RICS members.

What is contained within the CDM file and what must happen to it at the end of the works?
Contains all aspects of H&S for the building
It must be maintained during the construction and passed onto the occupier / owner of the building
When must the HSE be notified in an F10 form?
When project lasts more than 30 construction days with 20 or more workers working simultaneously on site
