What does HASAWA require of employers?
- When there are more than 5 employees, employers must keep a written record of thr H&S policy and consult with employees on these policies and arrangements.

What are the employer’s duties under MHSWR?

- specific RAs for under 18s and pregnant/ new mothers
- RA will determine whether health tests (hearing etc) are needed
- RAs should determine emergency procedures e.g. in the case of fire.

What are employee’s duties under MHSWR?

What is the H&S Inspector’s Role?
They check if you are following the law
