16
Q

What is progressive overload?

A

Gradually increasing the amount of work done to improve fitness without risk of injury
When body is made to work harder then normal in gradually adapts

17
Q

What is reversibility?

A

Fitness levels are reduced due to lack of training so your body will reverse back to its pre training state so adaptations will be lost.
Caused by injury or illness

18
Q

What is Tedium?

A

Boredom caused by repeating the same training method over and over again
Can become demotivating and effort lost
Verity is needed training

19
Q

How to calculate Aerobic threshold’s?

A

1.Calculate max heart rate
220-age
2. Calculate 60% of max heart rate
3. Calculate 80% of max heart rate
4. Step 2 - Step 3
