Physical fitness
Is a condition in which each of the systems of the body works properly.
Exercise
Is any activity that makes the body work hard.
Aerobic exercise
Any kind of exercise that makes the body use a lot of oxygen.
Target heart rate
It is the rate at which your heart needs to beat so that your cardiorespiratory system works hard enough to benefit from exercise.
Cardiorespiratory system
Is the combination of the circulatory and respiratory systems.
Endurance
Is the ability to perform an activity for a long time.
Muscle fibers
Are bundles of long muscle cells.
Strength
The amount of force muscles can apply.
Flexibility
Is the ability to move joints freely and smoothly.
Posture
It is the way a person holds the body to sit, stand and walk.
