What is a medication overuse headache defined as?

headache that lasts more than 15 days per month with no improvement after OTC medication use.
Taking analgesic medications for another type of headache - leading to rebound headaches due to the medication itself
Discontinuation of medication - should resolve within 2 months - but may get worse before getting better
