CPP implications

A

CPP should be kept >60mmHg to perfuse brain

Usage of lignocaine prior to suction is required

Avoid head down tilt

Keep head neutral - avoid turning that may obstruct drainage from brain

Cease treatment of ICP continues to increase with intervention and CPP
