Retinal vein pulsation at fundoscopy helps exclude ICP

Unconsious Headache Dizziness Blurred Vision Confusion and disorientation Nausea and vomiting

A
Low GCS
Blurred Vision

What investigations would you do for a Head Injury?
A
ABC Oxygen Sat Pulse, BP, Temp, RR, pupils Assess anterograde amnesia U&E Glucose FBC Blood Alcohol Toxicology Screen If indicated: CT head
