What are the high risk factors?
A
-More than 1 vomiting episode
-Post traumatic seizure
-Clinical suspicion of skull fracture
-GCS<15 2 hrs after injury
-GCS<13 at initial assessment
-Any coag problem
-Thrombocytopaenia
-Haemophilia or Bleeding Disorder
-Therapeutic anticoagulation

A
-CT Scan request immediately
-Aim to perform and report < 1hr.
