What is Globus Pharyngeal?

A

FOSIT (Feeling of Lump in Throat)
Due to the cricopharyngeus, this goes into spasm.
Can be due to:
- Acid Reflux “silent” (Laryngopharyngeal reflux)
- Stress/Anxiety

No Dysphagia (“Easier with food”)
Not a Red Flag symptom.
