Opthalmic - Sensory innervation of forehead and upper eyelid , frontal, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses, upper eyelid and conjunctiva
Maxillary - Sensory innervation of lower eyelid and cheeks
Mandibular - Motor innervation of muscles of mastication
