Could be interpreted as an allegory for the behaviour of political leaders or just people in eternal thinking they are the most powerful. Or just the brutality of nature. It shows his authentic existence.
Quote about dream, which he dreams about life so his life must be perfect, also only rhyme in poem shows how flawless the kills were. Also living a very authentic existence
