Dorsal interossei - abduct and assist in flexion and extension
Palmar, interossei - adduction and flexion of 2,4,5
What is the flexor and extensor retinaculum
Prevents bowstrining of the flexor and extensor muscless tendons.
The Flexor retinaclum forms the roof of the carpal tunnel
