- We know that hamlet has survived and is heading back to England and wrote the letter Claudius is about to open while he’s telling laertes his plans
- In planning to kill hamlet, Claudius and laertes assume he’s bad at fencing and it will be easy but he’s actually been practicing and is quite good
Describe the tragedy and how hamlet died?
Laertes and hamlet started fencing, Claudius prepared the ponies wine for hamlet, hamlet started winning, gertrude drank from the poisoned wine then laertes struck hamlet with his poisoned blade then they wrestled and hamlet stabbed laertes with his own poisoned blade, then laertes confessed it all and hamlet got up and stabbed Claudius with the poisoned blade and made him drink the wine his wife drank and died from. Then fortinbras comes with news that rosencrantz and guoldenstern have been killed like hamlets letter said
What is the old hamlet in act 4 vs the new hamlet in act 5?
All throughout the play hamlet keeps trying to plan to get his revenge but in act 5 scene 2 he realizes that the more you plan things to happen the least likely they will end up happening
How is claudius’ nemesis finally completed?

Laertes says it was all Claudius’ planning so hamlet takes the poison filled sword and stabbed Claudius then made him drink the poisoned wine
The same things that were used to kill hamlet killed him
