Meds - off hydroxyurea 3/12, off acei, 5mg folic throughout
Vaccination - encapsulated

Special risks: dehydration/cold/hypoxia/overexertion increas risk crises, nausea vomiting = dehydration and crises, worsening anaemia ans ACS, increased infection (uti), iugr (fetal distress, IoL, cs), baby effected

Risks to pregnancy: mc, PTB, growth restriction, VTE
Preg on dx: crises

Long term screening
-echo for pulm HTB
bp, urine, renal and liver
Retinal screening
Iron overload
Red cell antibodies
