Yes, a risk register was prepared.
The various aspects of the problems that may be encountered were listed (resident management problems; conservation area - planning problems; insufficient quality of execution; supplier problems for high quality materials ie windows/door conforming to designs - approximations of the quantities of these incidents (based on client past experience), approximations of EMV, and this informed the risk allowance.
Value based on Register (make it equivalent to 15% of above contract sum)
