soreness up to 24 hrs
if soreness for longer, you may need to adjust next session:
-decreased depth
-decrease specificity
-decrease time spent
goals during rehabilitative session
improve quality of tissue
cl symptoms:
- decrease tenderness, level of discomfort, and symptoms
therapist body mechanics
keep weight behind work
use bigger muscles of legs and hips not smaller muscles of arms and hands
keep body in alignment
body mechanics for CFF
lunge position
push off back leg
don’t stand in one place and just move hands and fingers
