Signs and Symptoms

A

Often asymptomatic
TRIAD:
- flank pain
- haematuria
- abdo mass
Constitutional symptoms:
- weight loss
- fatigue
- fever
Signs
Flank mass
May have left sided varicocele
May also have HTN
Anaemia
Mets: SOB, Chronic liver disease, bone pain
