When height or weight cross down two centiles

What is the difference between faltering weight (FW) and failure to thrive (FTT)?
Faltering weight specifically refers to weight and is not always serious, whereas FTT is both physical and developmental. FTT may refer to neglect.
Suggest tests for reduced growth.
Full blood count
Urea and electrolytes
Stools for faecal elastase
Coeliac antibodies
Thyroid hormones
Karyotype/ R14
Hospitalisation
