What are the indications for intrapartum antibiotics for Group B strep infection?

A

o Woman is in established preterm labour (< 37 weeks of pregnancy)
o GBS detected in current pregnancy (GBS found from vaginal/rectal swab)
o GBS detected in a previous pregnancy and baby was healthy, and mum has not had a negative ECM test in current pregnancy
o Previous baby which developed GBS infection
o Woman develops pyrexia in labour of 38 degrees or higher
