Nulliparous - Failure to dilate by > 2cm in 4 hours

Multiparous - Slowing of progress

A

Nulliparous - Failure to deliver by 2 hours

Multiparous - Failure to deliver by 1 hour

A

Powers - inefficient uterine action (i.e primagravida,
Passengers - malpresentation, macrosomia, fetal anomalies
Passage - Cephalopelvic disproprtion, pelvis not suitable

She has previously given birth to 2 healthy boys. Current baby is haemodynamically stable, station 0, 0/5 palpable with an occpitoanterior presentation.
