persistence or willful failure to perform Duty

combination with others at sea to impede the progress of the Voyage or navigation of the ship
disobedience of lawful order
to be asleep on duty or fail to remain on duty if such conduct would endanger ship cargo persons or environment
breach of company rules and procedures relating to alcohol drugs or smoking
failure to report to work without satisfactory reasons
interference with the work of others
behaviour which seriously detract from a safe or efficient working of the ship
conduct of a sexual nature do men or women which is unwanted
bullying harassment intimidation and Coercion
causing or permitting an authorised cargo on board
smuggling
demanding compensation or other favour from Passengers customer or supplier
deliberate use of a harbour pass or personal identifying card
