descriptive adjectives are used with the verb ser to indicate;
nationality, size, colour, shape, personality and appearance
in spanish, the forms of descriptive adjectives agree in
gender and/or numbers with the nouns or pronouns they describe
adj that end in -o have 4 different forms
masc, fem, singular, plural
feminine singular is formed by
changing the -o, to -a
plural is formed by adding
-s to the singular forms
adj that end in -e or a consonant have the same
masc and fem forms
adj that end in -or
variable in both gender and number
use the masculine plural form to refer to groups that include
males and females

the spanish woman speaks english
bueno/a and malo/a can appear before a noun. when placed before a masculine singular noun the forms are shortened;
bueno -> buen, malo -> mal
Don francisco is a great man
Don Francisco es un gran hombre
La familia de Ines es grande
