кофе is indeclinable, it has no singular or plural; it’s masculine

Literally how much time?
Translate into Russian:
It’s 7 o’clock.
Сейчас 7 [семь] часов.
You can add either утра or вечера to clarify AM or PM.

This is used to ask what time is it for someone who lives far away - in a different country, perhaps.
Translate into Russian:
I go to bed at midnight.
Я иду спать в полночь.
полночь is feminine, because it has ночь in it.
