How can you cope with change
1) Plan ahead ( if you know you can change the horizon, do some prep work)
2) Reframe your thinking ( figure out whats going on in your mind when youre feeling sad)
3) Take time to reflect
4) Strive to maintain some normalcy
5) Create soe comfort
6) Count your bessings
If you can cope with change, you lower the risk for anxiety and depression; relationships will be healthier
If you dont cope with change, you will feel stressed and overwhelmed
Symptoms of anxiety and depression
Depression:
- Guilt
- Loss of interest
- Sadness
- Insomnia
- Loss of appetite
Anxiety:
- Restlessness
- Sweating
- Irritability
- Unwanted thoughts
- Excessive worrying
