1.11(b) Imputation
L who moved to private practice must be:
(1) timely screened and apportioned no fee
(2) written notice must be provided to the former client
1.11 (c) Confidential information
Confidential government information shall not be used to represent a private client. Firm may undertake representation only if the disqualified lawyer is timely screened and apportioned no part of the fee
1.11 (d) Private practicee —> Government
(1) Subject to 1.9 (materially adverse in a substantially related matter) and 1.7 (materially limited in the representation the government)

Gov. can take client but cannot allow
Advocate in nonadjuicative Proceeding
Can represent a client before a legislative body but shall disclose the appearance is in a representative capacity.
