About 60% behavioral questions and 40% technical questions Tell me about yourself. Talk about your research. Why do you want to work for Intel? What is the difference between doing research in Academia and Industry? How can you effectively communicate a message to your teammate if you are working from home? Questions about the conflict in the workplace were also asked. How do you troubleshoot the equipment that you used before? Most of the technical questions were asked about my work experience. If you are able to defend what you have on your resume and present your body of work fluently, you should be fine.

Give an example of time you knew of a problem and but had to convince another person of the issue. This person is also the person who is responsible for the layer/equipment responsible for the issue. How did you proceed? If this person was not receptive, how would you proceed?

A

Start with clear well presented data, person to person, then email, then email w/CC to persons boss, then schedule meeting with said person and their boss and my boss (note my boss get’s informed in person at each step except the first)

Draw a MOSFET, show where you would connect your contacts, and show what kind of voltage you would apply to turn the MOSFET on.

A

I drew a p-type MOSFET complete with the metal and oxide layers. The contacts connect to the drain, source, and metal. A negative Gate Voltage should be applied to a p-type MOSFET to switch it on.
