Morality
Standards determining which actions are right and wrong
Free will
The ability to make choices independently.
Justice
Fairness and where everyone is treated the same.
Conscience
A person’s moral sense of what is right and what is wrong.
Forgiveness
A pardon for a wrong doing.
Pacifism
The belief that war and violence is wrong.
Good
Something that is considered morally right.
Evil
Something which is wrong and bad.
Suffering
Pain or distress caused by injury, illness or loss.
Crime
An offence that is punishable by law.
War
A state of open, armed, often prolonged conflict carried on between nations, states, or parties.
Moral Evil
Evil that is the result of human action and caused by humans, e.g. murder, rape, war.
Natural Evil
Events that have nothing to do with humans and which are to do with the way the world is, e.g. hurricanes, earthquakes.
