Vaginal discharge - white
Dysuria
Pelvic pain
Investigations for genital gonnorhoea?
Triple swab
- NAATs
What investigations should be done for non genital site gonnorhoea?
Culture
What other tests should be done?
HIV + syphilis test
- Need to be ruled out
Pharmacological management?
Ceftriaxone IM
Azithromycin
What should be given with ceftriaxone and why?
Metronidazole
- C diff infection
What should be done after treatment?
Follow up
Inform sexual partners
