Fulcrum- Anterior aspect of acromion process
MA- MEDIAL epicondyle of humerus
*hold onto acromion during motion so you don’t lose it

Shoulder internal rotation

A
SUPINE
Norm 0-70
Roll under arm, arm out to side, elbow bent 90 degrees, palm facing forward
SA- perpendicular to floor
Fulcrum- Olecranon process
MA- ulnar styloid process
*Stop rotation when acromion starts to pop up
*Do not allow elbow abduction

*Extension is return from flexion; assess baseline if full extension cannot be reached
*Hand must be supinated!
