A
- When they are in their own home (includes boats and cars if their home)
- After the theft has occurred (if you catch them on their way back from a robbery)

Magistrates Court: 6 month max imprisonment

A
Having the possession intended for robbery under your car seat or in a nearby locker, this still counts as going equipped to steal.
