c. Officers shall carry a pair of handcuffs, and at least one additional loaded magazine for a semiautomatic handgun or an additional loaded speed loader for a revolver.
If an undercover officer is authorized to carry a weapon described in section 3, Off-Duty Weapons, as a primary weapon, the officer shall have completed the “_____________” training class taught by the Narcotics Training Unit or the “Tactical Plainclothes Weapons” training class taught by the Tactical Training Unit, and successfully met the qualification requirements of that class annually

Officers shall not volunteer or participate in the execution of preplanned high-risk warrants with their carbines in lieu of contacting the ___________________, SWAT Detail.

Any officer who fails to qualify after three attempts with an approved primary weapon on the primary weapons course during the qualification quarter shall be required to schedule and attend four hours of redress firearms training with qualification range instructors within ____calendar days. Officers who then fail to shoot a passing score of 76 percent or higher shall be required to schedule and attend sixteen hours of redress firearms training with indoor firearms range instructors. The four-hour and sixteen-hour redress firearms training shall be conducted on duty.
