Describe how to GNC a noun and an adjective
Look at the noun, decide its gender, decline the adjective according to the gender of the noun (ie the adjective does not have a gender).
Feminine nouns => the adjective will be declined by 1st decl.
Masc and neuter nouns => the adjective will be declined by 2nd decl.
The adjectives will be declined by 1st or 2nd even though the noun is declined by third.
How to know if an adjective is 2-1-2 or 3rd declension?
2-1-2 adjectives end with us, a or um (nominative) whereas 3rd declension adjectives have other endings, like intellegens.
